Madison Reed

By starting with ingredients you can feel good about, Madison Reed, is transforming the way at-home hair color is experienced. In the work featured below we initially wanted to make a complete library on how to color your hair. This need arose from hearing how intimidating it was for users to do themselves. We wanted to include articles, videos, and written instructions to support multiple ways to learn. Starting out we gave all three areas of content separate sections. From user research, we realized, that the design needed to be simplified and focus on using videos. The videos were the most helpful to users and gave them confidence to apply the product.
